About Us

Candel's is a family owned and operated cafe located in central Montana. Sheila and Mike Candelaria started the business in 2004 with emphasis on fresh natural ingredients. Sheila bakes daily from recipes handed down to her by her mother.

The By-Way has been a Montana landmark for many years,

it was a service station in the 30's.

It has always been famous for its huge caramel and cinnamon rolls. They are still a favorite today!

The Cafe was started with just a counter and 3 stools in the early 40's
