All of our pies are handmade daily. The only way to get that truly light and flaky crust is by feel, no machine can gauge how much to work the dough (we call it, hand squished). That is what makes our pies so special, rather than focus on quantity, we put all of our efforts toward quality.

Not only is the crust handmade but all the fillings are from scratch as well, using only high quality fresh ingredients.

We top our pies with only fresh whipped cream so you will have to top your pie when it arrives.
